Starting Saturdays in June, we will open our farm stand selling vegetables, honey, eggs, syrup and other items to the public. Our produce is grown using natural methods (no pesticides, no chemical fertilizers) here in Patterson, NY. Seasonal produce available will vary week to week. EACH SATURDAY 8:30AM - 11:00AM
Spring has arrived and we have been busy seeding, getting the gardens ready, and waiting for our chicks to hatch. Our seedlings are already growing in the greenhouses (lettuces, tomatoes, greens, and onions are up) with many more planted and waiting for the right sunny day. We are having a Farm Breakfast on Saturday April 24th from 8am to 11am - so please come by, enjoy an old-fashioned farm breakfast and see how the farm is shaping up for the coming season.

Bring your school or scout group to Cascade Farm for a special educational experience during March to learn how maple syrup is made. Students K through 12 can learn how we collect sap from our sugar bush, visit our sugar house where it is boiled down, and find out how we finish the syrup, bottle it, and make candies. $10 per student for group visits (minimum of 15 per group). Call to reserve your preferred date (Monday through Friday, morning or afternoon). Students should dress for weather as we will be outdoors for part of the visit. Please call 845-878-3258 for more information.
Meet Button (for her nose) and Suzie (for her black eyes) our two new lambs. Born a few days apart and already best of friends.
