OUR FALL CSA
The share will begin on Thursday October 20th and continue for 10 weeks until Thursday December 22nd. (Instead of Thanksgiving day, the harvest that week will be on Monday November 21st). We will be offering cool weather crops like lettuces and greens, root crops, herbs, beans, and winter squash (see list below). We will keep gardens as long as the weather allows and then continue growing in the greenhouse and hoop houses. We expect the harvests to produce enough vegetables for the average family of four each week. Below is a list of the plantings for the fall share. Like our summer shares, this list is subject to change due to weather and growing conditions:Asian greens, arugula, beets, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, collard greens, dry beans, herbs, kale, kohlibri, lettuce, pac choy, potatoes, radish, spinach, string beans, swiss chard, turnips, winter squash (acorn, butternut, hubbard)

This will be our 15th season! This year the Summer season will be 22 weeks (mid-May to October) and our price is $600 per share. Pickups are each Thursday from 2pm to 7pm (no early pickups as we actually do most of the harvesting Thursday morning). If you miss your pickup, all produce will be in the walk-in refrigerator in marked bins on Friday from 10am - 4pm. Thanks for your support. We look forward to a wonderful 2011 season

Welcome to all our members. Weekly harvests will begin on Thursday May 19th (from 2PM - 7PM) and continue weekly through the season. Pickup is at the farm in Patterson - bring your recycled bags (or use our spares if you forget). Check your email (or here) each week for our Harvest Notes detailing the harvest for the week. We will try to include recipes and helpful hints about each weeks harvest. Feel free to email us with your favorites to be included in future Harvest Notes.
